Hey there, I’m Vicki! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Certified Nutritionist with a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science, Menopause Coaching Specialist,  Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer—and a total foodie who loves showing women how to thrive on a plant-based diet! 🌱

Why I Created the Plant-Based Pause Program

In my early 40s, my body started to change despite doing 'everything right'. I felt moody and down, I'd lost my mojo and didn't recognise myself when I looked in the mirror.

'Perimenopause' wasn't something people really talked about a few years ago, and I certainly didn't associate it with myself - I was still young! It was only through my pursuit of knowledge and understanding that realised WHY my body was changing and WHAT to do about it.

Realizing I wasn't alone in this struggle, I leveraged my expertise to develop the Plant-Based Pause Program, aimed at helping women like YOU navigate the intricacies of plant-based nutrition and fitness during perimenopause.
