I never thought I needed to focus too heavily on my diet and that if I kept working out, I'd maintain a healthy weight. I slowly gained about 1-2 pounds each year until I started Vegan Macros Mastery.

This plan completely changed the way I think about how many calories I was eating and about the composition of those calories. . . . 

 . . In just under 3 months I was able to lose 12 lbs and 3 percent body fat.

I'm on week three of your program and I saw a difference within the first week. I've been vegan for 7 years and sadly the type that thought protein was bogus. But I see now that tracking protein and less processed eating is the way to go.

I'm Vicki - a certified Vegan Nutritionist and Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer - and all-around foodie!

I have yo-yo dieted my entire adult life, struggled to figure out my vegan nutrition, and no matter which diet I tried, I couldn't get the lean, toned look I was after!

After years of self-study, trial and error followed by professional certifications, I'd love to coach you so you can finally get the results you've been working for.

My programs are for women who are action-takers, and who are motivated to do what it takes to achieve their goals.

  • Are meal plans included?
    When you join, you will fill out a short questionnaire that allows your plan to be created. You will be asked about preferences, allergens, likes, dislikes and how many meals a day you want to eat. We recommend choosing 3 main meals plus 1-2 snacks so that you get the most options for meals. You will then receive 21-35 recipes that are tailored to your starting calorie & macro goals and take into account any allergens and dislikes. You will get 7x breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas along with snacks and these are updated every month. Please note that they are NOT strict meal plans - more like recipe suggestions to help you to get organised and to build up your own recipe bank of ideas!
  • Do I need to be vegan to join?
    No! Not at all 😊 This is an inclusive program, no matter your dietary preferences you will learn so much. In fact, over half the women I work with are not vegan! However, please bear in mind that the recipes and discussions ARE entirely vegan focussed. This plan is perfect for you if you want to learn how to add more plant-based meals to your day and you want evidence-based guidance on your health & fitness journey.
  • Can I get support through this program?
    Absolutely! The beauty of this program is that you will gain access to the private group on Facebook where you will be supported by the incredible community and ask any questions you might have. There will be a monthly live Q&A group Zoom call where you can have any questions answered. You can also email the support team if you need any changes making to your plans and they will be in touch with you within 48-hours.
  • How long do I have access to the app for?
    For as long as you remain a member you will have access to the app and all features.
  • Is the app a calorie counting app?
    No it's not. The app will contain your personalised recipes, educational videos & progress. You will need to download a separate app such as Nutritionix, Cronometer or MyFitnessPal to track your calories.
  • Can this be done from anywhere in the world?
    Yes! This is all online so can be done from anywhere. If you can't make the live calls for whatever reason you can always watch the replay later.
  • Are there any strange ingredients for the recipes/will I be able to get ingredients in my country?
    Most of the recipes are made using whole foods and I really encourage you to eat as many single-ingredient foods as possible. Women based all over the world have done my challenges with no issues! So far we've had people from the USA, Canada, UK, Dubai, Qatar, South Africa, Australia, Germany, France, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Thailand, Switzerland and Italy to name a few!
  • Is this 1:1/personal coaching?
    No, please note that this is more of a self-sufficient program. The app has been built to calculate your calories and macros for you as a starting point but you will not have any personal check-ins or accountability. Of course, you will get access to the Facebook community group, which is incredible, and there to help you feel supported and to keep you motivated! If you would like a more personalised plan then please reach out here to enquire for 1:1 coaching.
  • Can males join this program?
    Yes! Absolutely. Everyone is welcome here. When you sign up you will be asked your gender and the app will create your plan based on the info provided. The same principles of fat loss, body recomposition or building muscle still apply whether you are male or female. However, please bear in mind that Vicki does cover many topics that focus on women, such as the menstrual cycle or menopause.
  • Is there a minimum committment?
    Nope, you can cancel anytime with 7-days notice. However, please note that as this is an online program there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.
  • My goal is to lose weight/build muscle/eat a healthy balanced diet. Will this work for me?
    When you sign up you will be asked what your goal is so that your plan can be created. We highly recommend choosing 'maintenance' regardless of your goal. This is because you need to establish a base starting point and then make tweaks and adjustments from there. But the short answer is.... yes! No matter your goal, as long as you follow the principles taught you will be able to make progress towards it.
