    Yes! This is all online so can be done from anywhere. If you can't make the live calls for whatever reason you can always watch the replay later.
  • Is this 1:1/personal coaching?
    No, please note that this is more of a self-sufficient program. The app has been built to calculate your calories and macros for you as a starting point but you will not have any personal check-ins or accountability. Of course, you will get access to the Facebook community group, which is incredible, and there to help you feel supported and to keep you motivated!   • My goal is to lose weight/build muscle/eat a healthy balanced diet. Will this work for me?
    When you sign up you will be asked what your goal is so that your plan can be created. We highly recommend choosing 'maintenance' regardless of your goal. This is because you need to establish a base starting point and then make tweaks and adjustments from there. But the short answer is.... yes! No matter your goal, as long as you follow the principles taught you will be able to make progress towards it.
  • Are meal plans included?
    When you join, you will fill out a short questionnaire that allows your plan to be created. You will be asked about preferences, allergens, likes, dislikes and how many meals a day you want to eat. We recommend choosing 3 main meals plus 1-2 snacks so that you get the most options for meals. You will then receive 21-35 recipes that are tailored to your starting calorie & macro goals and take into account any allergens and dislikes. You will get 7x breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas along with snacks and these will stay the same for the entire month. Please note that they are NOT strict meal plans - more like recipe suggestions to help you to get organised and to build up your own recipe bank of ideas!
  • Can I get support through this program?
    Absolutely! The beauty of this program is that you will gain access to the private group on Facebook where you will be supported by the incredible community and ask any questions you might have. There will be a monthly live Q&A group Zoom call where you can have any questions answered.   • Can males join this program?
    Yes! Absolutely. Everyone is welcome here. When you sign up you will be asked your gender and the app will create your plan based on the info provided. The same principles of fat loss, body recomposition or building muscle still apply whether you are male or female. However, please bear in mind that Vicki does cover many topics that focus on women, such as the menstrual cycle or menopause.
  • How long do I have access to the app for?
    You will retain app access for the duration of the Challenge. After that, you will lose access to everything unless you move onto the monthly membership subscription.
  • Are there any strange ingredients for the recipes/will I be able to get ingredients in my country?
    Most of the recipes are made using whole foods and we really encourage you to eat as many single-ingredient foods as possible. Women based all over the world have done these challenges with no issues! So far we've had people from the USA, Canada, UK, Dubai, Qatar, South Africa, Australia, Germany, France, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Thailand, Switzerland and Italy to name a few!

Every exercise comes with a full video demo, plus you will get access to the Mastery 101 Education portal where I break down movements & setup in more detail. Because it's up to you how much weight you use, this training plan is suitable for every level. This is the same plan I use!
  • Are meal plans included?

This approach gives you freedom, flexibility, and helps you build sustainable habits for life.
  • I'm new to strength training/I'm experienced with strength-training, is this program suitable for me?

  • My goal is to lose weight/build muscle/eat a healthy balanced diet. Will this work for me?
    Yes. The program is designed to support midlife body composition changes – whether that means fat loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling better in your body. Your coach will help tailor the approach to your individual goals.
  • Do I have to track calories and macros?
    Only if you want to. Some women love the clarity of tracking, others prefer to focus on portion sizes or habits. We meet you where you're at – tracking is optional, and your coach will support whichever method suits you best.
  • How personalised is the nutrition?
    Very! After joining, you’ll complete an onboarding form where your coach will review your preferences, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll then receive a personalised welcome email with your calorie and macro targets, key focus points, and next steps tailored to you.
  • Can I get support through this program?
    100%! You’ll have access to 1:1 check-ins, anytime in-app messaging with your coach, and a supportive group community. You’re never doing this alone.
  • What are the training plans like?
    You’ll get a progressive strength training plan designed specifically for women in midlife, with options for home or gym. Plans are structured around progressive overload to build muscle, lose fat, and support bone and metabolic health. Expect 3–4 short, effective sessions per week, with flexibility based on your experience and schedule, plus optional cardio sessions.
  • Can the training be done from home/What equipment do I need access to?
    Whether you’re working out at home or the gym, we’ve got you covered. Choose from: • Dumbbell-Only (perfect for beginners or those with limited equipment) • Dumbbells & Barbell (ideal if you have a bit more gear or a basic gym setup) • Full Gym (for those with full access to gym equipment) You can swap between plans at any time, so your training can evolve as you do. Home training plans require you to have access to a variety of dumbbells/kettlebells and ideally some thick resistance bands so that you can progressively overload each week. For both home and gym plans, you will have the option of a 3-day-a-week 'quickie' plan (lower, upper & full body split) or a 4 or 5-day per week full plan (which will take 40-70 minutes, depending on whether it's the lower or upper body days).
  • Can this be done from anywhere in the world?
    Yes! This is all online so can be done from anywhere. If you can't make the live calls for whatever reason you can always watch the replay later.
  • Is this 1:1/personal coaching?
    No, please note that this is more of a self-sufficient program. The app has been built to calculate your calories and macros for you as a starting point but you will not have any personal check-ins or accountability. Of course, you will get access to the Facebook community group, which is incredible, and there to help you feel supported and to keep you motivated! If you would like a more personalised plan then please reach out here to enquire for 1:1 coaching.
  • Are meal plans included?
    When you join, you will fill out a short questionnaire that allows your plan to be created. You will be asked about preferences, allergens, likes, dislikes and how many meals a day you want to eat. We recommend choosing 3 main meals plus 1-2 snacks so that you get the most options for meals. You will get 7x breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas along with snacks that are tailored to your starting calorie & macro goals and take into account any allergens and dislikes. These will stay the same for the entire month. Please note that they are NOT strict meal plans - more like recipe suggestions to help you get organised and build up your recipe bank of ideas! The tailored recipes are generally quite simple, but on top of this each month you will get access to a new monthly recipe book giving you more ideas for recipes!
  • Is there a minimum commitment?
    Nope, you can cancel anytime with 7-days notice. However, please note that as this is an online program there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.
  • What's included in the monthly membership?

  • Is the app a calorie-counting app?
    No it's not. The app will contain your personalised recipes, educational videos & progress. You will need to download a separate app such as Nutritionix, Cronometer or MyFitnessPal to track your calories.
  • How long do I have access to the app?
    For as long as you remain a member you will have access to the app and all features.
  • My goal is to lose weight/build muscle/eat a healthy balanced diet. Will this work for me?
    When you sign up you will be asked what your goal is so that your plan can be created. We highly recommend choosing 'maintenance' regardless of your goal. This is because you need to establish a base starting point and then make tweaks and adjustments from there. But the short answer is.... yes! No matter your goal, as long as you follow the principles taught you will be able to make progress towards it.
  • Can I get support through this program?
    Absolutely! The beauty of this program is that you will gain access to the private group on Facebook where you will be supported by the incredible community and ask any questions you might have. There will be a monthly live Q&A group Zoom call where you can have any questions answered. You can also email the support team if you need any changes making to your plans and they will be in touch with you within 48-hours.
  • Do I need to be vegan to join?
    No! Not at all 😊 This is an inclusive program, no matter your dietary preferences you will learn so much. In fact, over half the women I work with are not vegan! However, please bear in mind that the recipes and discussions ARE entirely plant-based focussed. This plan is perfect for you if you want to learn how to add more plant-based meals to your day and you want evidence-based guidance on your health & fitness journey.
  • I'm new to strength training/I'm experienced with strength training, is this program suitable for me?
    No matter your experience level - this plan is suitable! Every exercise comes with a full video demo, plus you will get access to the Mastery 101 Education portal where I break down movements & setup in more detail. Because it's up to you how much weight you use, this training plan is suitable for every level. This is the same plan I use!
  • Are there any strange ingredients for the recipes/will I be able to get ingredients in my country?
    Most of the recipes are made using whole foods and I really encourage you to eat as many single-ingredient foods as possible. Women based all over the world have done my programs with no issues! So far we've had people from the USA, Canada, UK, Dubai, Qatar, South Africa, Australia, Germany, France, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Thailand, Switzerland and Italy to name a few!
