Hello! I'm Vicki, 🙋🏻♀️ a certified nutritionist with a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science, a Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. I created the Plant-Based Pause program in response to the lack of credible, supportive resources for plant-based women navigating menopause. As the program designer, I craft training programs, create educational content, develop delicious recipes, and run our weekly group calls where you can get coached by me in real-time. I oversee the entire program to ensure that it meets the high standards our ladies deserve.

AMANDA
Based in the UK, Amanda brings her extensive expertise as a certified menopause coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist. Like April, Amanda is committed to providing personalized coaching and support, helping you navigate the complexities of menopause with confidence. Whether you're dealing with sleep issues, nutritional adjustments, or fitness concerns, Amanda's holistic approach covers all bases to support your journey.
