You see, I understand that your time is totally precious to you and you don't want to hear me waffling on boring you with my life stories about how I've been fat all my life, yada-yada-yada. You want to-the-point, actionable information that you can start to implement straight away.

That's why, every morning at 6am GMT a short 10-minute video will be uploaded to the Facebook group, with that day's information and task included. You can watch it anytime you like, and then at noon GMT there will be an 'Ask Me Anything' post, where you can post any questions you might have. Then, at 7pm GMT (3pm EST) I'll be going live to answer your Q's!
