A little bit about me . . .

  • I'm a certified vegan nutritionist

  • Precision Nutrition L1 Coach

  • L3 Personal Trainer

  • and general all-around foodie!

 

​I started and failed at SO MANY DIETS! I was forever taking 'before' photos and not getting ANYWHERE or getting the results I deserved for all my hard work!

I realised that nutrition was key to reaching my vegan fitness goals, but, with so much conflicting information out there, I struggled to find the right path for me.

I was getting so frustrated, working really hard in the gym, but my body composition didn't reflect this! I just didn't look like someone who worked out!

 

I knew I wanted to get leaner and lose body fat, but I didn't know what to do.

Low carb, intermittent fasting, keto, weight-watchers, raw food, the starch solution... I tried everything, but none of them gave me the 'toned' (read: ripped) physique I was looking for!

Now, after 5-years of scouring all the information surrounding fitness and nutrition and with a Vegan Nutritionist diploma plus Nutrition Coaching certifications under my belt, I would love nothing more than to help you on your own journey of taking control of your nutrition and crushing your physique & fitness goals.
