That's why, every morning at 6am GMT a short 10-minute video will be uploaded to the Facebook group, with that day's information and task included. You can watch it anytime you like, and then at noon GMT there will be an 'Ask Me Anything' post, where you can post any questions you might have. Then, at 7pm GMT (3pm EST) I'll be going live to answer your Q's!

Nice to meet you! I'm a certified vegan nutritionist and Precision Nutrition L1 Coach - and all-around foodie!
